Practising on the feeling of being grateful does the healing, maintaining all day long is the challenge. Focus

Many people in both the Eastern and Western world have already perceived and understood the benefits of gratitude and gratefulness. It is both a spiritual secret and a universal law, directly stated for us in the Qur’an:

وَإِذْ تَـأَذَّنَ رَبُّـكُـمْ لَـئِـنْ شَـكَـرْتُـمْ لَأَزِيـدَنَّـكُـمْ

“And when your Lord made it known: If you are grateful, I will certainly give you more.” (14:7)

I am deeply grateful that african americans are recieving the reparations that they deserve in heartfelt apology and repayment for the early period of american history where african americans were treated as property not as human beings. I am deeply grateful the modern day americans hold the embarassing but true history of slavery and segregation in America as a priority for present day consciousness and amends making at the national level.

The early treatment of africans who were kidnapped into slavery and forced to work in America by white pilgrims was unacceptable as is all slavery and yet there was never a meaningful rectifying act, only a slow and very painful at times period of integration and civil rights works bringing america to its state of far less hypocritical equal treatment today.

We are a better america, and yet I think there will always be something missing until the experience of reparation giving and the exacting of those funds from the families of former slave owners alike is grounded and made easily and undeniably real and held with a milestone lightpost in american history.

America is running blind with no context if it doesn't continue now to make reparations more of a mainstream and complete practice (complete as in there is payment to each and every family who was victimized by slavery and payment extracted from all families who can be traced back to slave owner houses) there is no other option of mature way of progress, there is only the option for yet another blossoming of the apology and rectification of relations between black and white americans now fortunately on its glass half full side of coming to completion and no longer the beginner stages.

Families who had ancestors who shamefully engaged in the slavetrade have to accept that if the root of the success their family sits on today is due to such treachery and inversion of the original american principle of equality then that money is dirty and that success can never truly be real and golden, but if the fair reparation is given although it sets people back now it is actually saying that clean, truly integrity clean money and energy can come into their lives forever after because of the retribution given at this time, a needed expense that ensures the reality of the constitution's philosophy.

America doesn't wish to keep the ghosts hungry and to continue to glide on unpaid checks and broken treaties (remember the native americans) but face up to what is really keeping it back so that it can grow honestly and not with a false righteousness but with the sincere maturity of a promise keeper and a repayer not a runner from responsibility.

I am grateful to everyone in the United States for recycling and not wasting by throwing recyclable things away unnecessarily.

I am grateful for the more widespread offering of solar power for personal and group usage, and for more businesses making solar power their main or only energy source as their policy.

I am grateful for the steady siphoning out of petrol fuel from our cars and vehicles, being replaced by renewable and clean burning natural plant sourced biodiesel fuels from soy, peanuts, hemp, bamboo and other ingenius materials.

I thank the hippies and wise people who have pushed everyone around them to make changes in these ways expressed above and more to improve the health of the ecosystem. These heroes must not give up their nagging and reminders, they must succeed with consistent action and expression and I am thankful to be among them.

It shows great self respect that we realize the way we treat mother earth matters.

I am thankful for all the people planting new trees and creating new green space in the rainforests this year and protecting it who knows how, with the daft passion of their hearts and love of the green earth and Her beautiful wisdom and gifts. The Rainforests are asking for their space to be respected and encroached upon no more, the synchronicities and energy around these majestic wonders of the earth are actually succeeding and loggers and exploitative poaching and farming is being thwarted by mysterious phenomenon. Those involved in eco harmful expeditions and mining in these forests and ending up cursed and having greatly bad luck, the result being forest groves are restoring and a poison energy is lessening in the life of the planet.

I am taking the time to appreciate that the use of palm oil is lessening in the mainstream markets and so palm trees are being spares more and able to rejuvenate under a less commercial eye. We have hiopies to thank, the people who created the palm oil alternatives and advertised it to get major companies to switch their ingredient. Kellogg is one such company. The Kellog company and Kellanova responded slowly but surely to calls to ease diminishment of Indonesian and Malaysian rainforests by helping it to grow healthy and sustaining the habitats of its natural native creatures by cutting palm oil out of it's supply chains. Kellogg says that its practices have changed dramatically and that they have hve supervisors who sensitively oversee that if palm oil is used it is from only the highest integrity sustainable sources.

I am grateful for the soap that I bought that is made out of a hemp base. I recently found out this castille soap can be used as a laundry detergent as well, example of the versatile uses of hemp.

Marijuana is an amazing plant, and I am sure in appreciation to these hippies and farmers, scientists, etc who are slowly making more and more biofuel for vehicles and other uses from this plant, usualy entirely from unused biomass of hemp plants that have already been used to make other things, like hemp oil, and other products, whatever isn't used in that process sometimes it donated to the biofuel processing plants wherevit is converted into the energy clean sustainable fuel.

I want to encourage all growers and farmers to save the parts of the plant that they do not use (if they are not just eating all of it anyways :)) and look in your hemp communities for such opportunities as this to send the biomass to fuel makers with the eco friendly principle.

I am grateful for the wisdom that mother's naturally find and for their kindness and support to their children, the mothers are original inspiration wells

I have entered oneness again with my mother, through Goddess. Her birth is the same as mine, where then is the same vibration; one soul fractally reflecting.

I am grateful to know who my mother is, and to be able to converse with her, converse with all earth, and know my roots anywhere on earth

I see my mother as the entire planet, the earth, green brown and sea watery blue, white snow peaks and bergs, clouds of wisdom clearer with every look from which her thoughts pass to me,

The thoughts of the planet that created me are rooted slow and profound. I am fashionably hugging this wisdom from a sustainable zen posture, my heart is still flowing. I am grateful that the Earth shows this to me, it is beautiful and it holds much wisdom that I have yet to realize.

My mother placed me in a grounded life to be in the forests and I am thankful for the edible plants and the old trees and the grass of those forests. My mother is the tree language, and I am the dirt, earth is a ceramic enchanted by Goddess, her heart ever inspired and creative!
