I lost over 40 lbs as a busy working mom who's in her 40s how did I do it I figured out how to prioritize protein once I started doing that is when everything started to come together and I started to see results here are some of the meals that I would eat to get over 100 g of protein a day if I know it's going to be a busy week I'll prep up an easy breakfast like these salami egg cups Just layer down a slice of salami then crack in an egg followed by a tablespoon or two of crumbled feta then bake this in the oven at 400° f a meal I like to make that I often share with myb husband for lunch is the Caesar salad pizza I use my recipe for chicken pizza crust after you mix that together and spread it into a pizza crust shape then this bakes in the oven at 450° F then prepare the Caesar salad a quar of this pizza has around 30 g of protein for dinner I made a sweet and spicy bang bang chicken for the sauce I used Mayo garlic chili sauce sriracha sauce and a sugar-free sweetener the chicken breading is a combo of almond flour and pork panko then I dip my chunks of chicken and then coat it with the breading

  1. I have kidney function loss (stage 2 kidney disease), so they said i need to limit my protein! So does that mean just push more low carb veggies? I really don't know, but my doctor pushes no keto, and I'm a carnivore who cheats with keto veggies! So i really need good advice, please!

  8. I practically live on this every day: Cook ground beef with brussels sprouts, mushrooms and broccoli. Add cream cheese after it's drained. It's filling and you will lose weight.
