  5. I love these kind of videos I really don't know what type of smoothies that are good and healthy

  6. I always hear that oats are not good because it's too starchy but oats are the only thing that makes me feel full for a very long time like from morning to evening

  7. Where can I buy your book ?and do you have dinner recipes on your book ?

  8. No on Peanut Butter. Lectins!!!!! Dr Gundry protocol is the bomb. Then people will really see results.

  9. Thank you!!! All about Sugar!!!
People on Youtube put fruit like… Pineapple – SUGAR, Mango – SUGAR, Banana – SUGAR. Unfortunately, these smoothies are really bad for you. Sugar is poison, even as fruit, especially as fruit. And should be eaten seasonally, and in small proportions.

Follow Dr. Gundry's protocol, and you will thrive. Vegans are suffering, because they still have lectins in their diet – like potato starch, legumes, cashews, peanuts, etc. These foods, if not pressure cooked or avoided, destroy the gut wall, and microbiome. We can't just add greens to a bunch of sugar, and all or a sudden think it's healthy.

  10. What protein powder would you recommend for weight loss smoothies could you give me a link

  11. Thanks I’m getting rid of oats. What about avacado?

  12. so how many calories must be one smoothie? under 200cal

  13. Any healthy juicing options?! Love all your videos btw!! ☺️

  14. Could you talk about your program more that you are selling

  15. So am I making a mistake or am I doing good

  16. Here’s a smoothie that I take in the morning coconut unsweetened milk half a cup of blueberries half a banana spinach scoop of protein a scoop of turmeric a little bit of cinnamon and that’s it

  17. I do a All organic berries, strawberry, blue 🫐 and black berry with half a banana 🍌 with organic A2 whole milk. Once in awhile I'll add half a Mango 🥭.

  18. Hey 🙂 I respect your hard work when losing weight, because it takes a lot of discipline everyday!

  19. Rule I go by – no blended fruit in my smoothies! I only use vegetables & my sweetness comes from something like carrots xx

  20. Rule I go by – no blended fruit in my smoothies! I only use vegetables & my sweetness comes from something like carrots xx

  21. I've tried all the popular plans like Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, even some crazy fad diets from Doctor Oz…

None of them are as enjoyable and EASY as the smoothie diet to lose weight! I even uploaded a video testimonial on how a mom of 2 that helped her dropped 70 pounds!

  22. Question.,were you always thin?

  23. I add a little monk fruit to sweeten my smoothies. I use full fat milk kefir (homemade) in my base.

  24. Joke using Greek yogurt in my smoothies, it's easy in order to get my protein…but I'd like to alternate with a protein powder, do u have a tutorial on how to choose a good one?

  25. Makes a lot of sense…thanks.

  26. It’s so amazing how much hidden sugar we unknowingly eat! Thank you for pointing this out!

  27. Thank you for this analysis. I appreciate all the information.

  28. My smoothies generally have water, a handful or two of spinach, some avo, full fat plain Greek yogurt, strawberries and/or a few blueberries. I usually add a tbspoon or two of mixed seeds (chia, sunflower, flaxseed) and about 10 almonds.

I’m trying to reverse my insulin resistance, so I rarely have half of a small banana as a treat instead of the berries. But generally, the above is what I have to break my fast at midday

  29. Ready made smoothies and isolate whey protein powders, especially the US brand ones and a few of the European ones, really frustrate me. Just by reading the label you can figure out what's wrong. In isolate whey protein powders I won't go nuts on the sweeteners, I mean that's something that is always there. I'm going nuts even on isolate ones because it's not really isolate. I'd rather go for a 86-90% isolate powder with a less trendy flavor like vanilla or strawberry or banana than some cereal or cake or bulshit flavor. If I wish to have cake, I'd have cake and not drink it in a protein shake. Apologies for the outburst. As for smoothies, I can't say I'm a big fan yet if I crave one I prefer making it on my own by far.

  30. 🌞 Thanks Autumn! ⚘⚘

So I make my own smoothie and I usually use frozen berries and unsweetened almond milk and just some water is that ok?

  32. Does a smoothie of pickels onions V-8 and vodka count?

  33. Hello, I have been making my smoothie with coconut water, flax seeds, yogurt, cinnamon, and berries, nothing else and it works for me

  34. @Autumn Bates, great video, thank you for all the great insights and practical nutritional info!!
This time, though, I respectfully disagree in regards to avoiding kombucha.
I would not place kombucha in this group to be avoided at all because the sugar added to kombucha is meant for the bacteria culture in it to consume, to feed on – not us! Hence it should ferment out through the brewing process. The kombucha brewing process must include sugar for this reason, and whether it is in the form of cane sugar, honey, or fruit juice is up to the brewer.
Regardless of the sugar source, in its most basic recipe, kombucha is made from a combination of tea, usually black tea, and sugar fermented with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). As the SCOBY consumes the sugar, the tea ferments and creates a most flavorful functional probiotic beverage.

  35. Why would you ever go anywhere for smoothie advice other than autumn? 😀

  36. I have been loving your smoothie list!! All are delicious, satisfying and so different to each other. I can’t actually pick my favorite:)

Should I cut until I see abs? Or should I stop calorie deficit and start clean-bulk and building muscle coz I don't want lower weight then 72-73kg my hight is 182cm I am on 1750 calorie per day

  40. How does the weight go out of your body when you loose weight?
