what I eat pre and post-workout pre-workout I have a bowl of jasmine rice ground turkey sour cream cheese Sriracha blueberries and a kiwi and here are the macros and calories the latest research shows that simply not being hungry during your workout is the most important factor for pre-workout nutrition rather than nitpicking food sources or macro ratios I'll chill for about an hour to let that digest and then after training I have a shake with 50 g of protein now there's no need to stress about the anabolic window but this shake does make it easier for me to hit my daily protein tar of 150 g a few hours later I'll have a chicken sandwich made with Ancient Grains bread lay mayo lettuce rotisserie chicken and a cheddar cheese slice with some crispy mini rice cakes and raspberries and here are the macros and calories for that meal so now you know

  5. After workout. You need to replishin glicogen .. so cortisol lowers.. and preserves the body from more catabolism. Protein can wait for 2 hours at least. No problem.

  10. Idkw but pre workout I don't like to eat much. And after a workout, the walk home builds up the appetite the muscle tension loses after working out

  13. Glad to know that anabolic window thing isnt important. I will probably still do my protein smoothies and drinks soon after my workouts because it helps keep me on track also.
    The gym is where Im focused on myself and then I have to focus on everyone else afterward, so I would easily skip or forget my nutrition if I didnt consume a protein drink or smoothie right after the gym. ❤

  14. Talking about quality and quantity when the sidemen have so much more quantity than beta squad therefore producing more quality out of the bunch even if some arent great most of it is beta had to take a ten month break after two videos these lot are clowns 🤣

    If you’re overweight, do you base your protein target on your current or goal weight??

  34. I heard eating a kiwi with food makes your stomach release enzymes which are different to the ones required to break down the food. So its best to eat fruit seperately as your stomach won't digest it properly. How true is that?
