  8. ‼️ It's important to note that SPEARMINT should only be consumed if you don't have kidney problems. Also, if you are on a lot of medications you should consult with your doctor first as it could cause kidney damage. ‼️

    AND if you are taking sedative medication (some depression/anxiety, ADHD and sleep meds etc.) it intensifies drowsiness, which is something you probably don’t want in the morning.

  9. Not all of these work for me but I definitely do a few of them! Especially more protein and low intensity cardio like walking. I walk about 20-40 mins a day and do light weight training for physio

  11. i’m so overwhelmed cause recently i’ve gained some again and.. i just don’t know what to do and where to start. it feels so lonely cause i don’t know anyone else with pcos, so i feel super alone during that journey🫠

    especially while i’m struggling sm.. cause the foods overwhelm me so much as a poor vegan😭
    and my mental health also keeps me from staying motivated to exercise

  13. I have pcos and I’ve lost 30 lbs. eat healthy eat high protein and I exercise 6 times a week. Stay away from sugar and carbs and prioritize and your protein. And you will loose the weight. I’ve been doing it for 5 months. And I’m not done yet!
