30 MIN CARDIO WORKOUT AT HOME | growwithjo



GET READY for the HEAT! 🔥 This workout starts out slow and relaxed but quickly turns into a sweaty, fun mess. You will have one water break halfway through this workout, so make sure to grab your water bottle (hydration is so important and can help you not overeat after this high exertion workout).

Take your time and go at your pace. If you need to pause the workout, it is totally okay! The point is that we keep our bodies moving and keep our heart rate up to get the burn on!

Comment below your level of sweat on a scale of 1-10 once completing this workout. *please remember that everyone sweats at a different rate based on their activity level and biology- sweating is not a measure of how many calories you've burned or how hard you are pushing yourself. It can, however make you feel amazing* You are going to feel so good!

This 30 minute super sweaty cardio workout 
is going to work you until you feel like you cant anymore, but I know you can 
do it, I know you will push through,   you will push that voice out that says you cant 
do it and you will continue to remind yourself throughout this workout; I can, I can, I can.
If any of the exercises are too challenging, its totally fine for you to just 
walk on the spot or jog on the spot.  I’m so proud of you for coming this 
far, and lets crush this workout!

  5. This is a very different kind of workout. No burpees and mountain climbers etc that are in so many other videos. It was very refreshing to try something different

  19. man this was not easy to do at night! I had a long day but I had to do my 30 minute cardio, I still finished but barely 😂
