INFO: Follow along as we work our way through 14 supersets, 2 x exercises in each superset hitting EVERY MUSCLE in the BODY. We are going to work for 45 seconds on each exercise with 30 seconds REST after the superset 😊

  27. I LOVE this workout. I am new to weighted workouts. most of the BODY weight workouts I've done previously are an hour long, or more. Should they still be that lengthy if I am adding weights? I'm currently doing this workout only., 3/4 times per week. Is this sufficient if my goal is weight loss (postpartum)? I'm walking at least two miles 3/4 times per week as well.

  28. i’ve been to the beginners set, and after a month (consistent) i decided to do the superset! this is my day 1 now and finished it! it was awesome and a lot harder than the beginner’s set, i was so sweaty and i almost run of breath while doing this set, but at the same time, i feel so great and strong than ever!
