Anxiety isn't an enemy or a demon. It's like an overprotective friend who's seen you hurt before and wants to keep you safe. Don't treat it harshly. Prove to it that you're strong enough to handle things and protect yourself, and it will go away. Sometimes you work hard at something, but ultimately fail. I want you to know that's okay.
