7 exercise for 1 minute each is a 7 minute workout
Trying this with 3 pound weights trying to strengthen my arms cuz im tired of being weak 👎🏼
Day 1- good, but last part of the workout killedd me
Day 2- better than yesterday, last part still is killing me but better
Day 3- a lot better last part is not as hard anymore
Day 4- continued improvement, last part is getting a lot better
Goal- 5 pound weights
