today I'm going to tell you about seven essential oils that can help improve hair growth so let's get into today's video hello my happy nappy crew it's NAA nappy here and y'all these essential oils are not only great for hair growth but improving scalp Health as well as fighting hair loss and y'all I'm going to tell you about the seven oils and then tell you how to utilize them at the end of the video so let's get into it all right so the first essential oil is ginger essential oil now this contains a bioactive compound called gingerol and this has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant produ properties that help to soothe and protect the scalp from inflammation we know this inflammation can hinder hair growth it also has a warming effect on the scalp when it's applied and this warming effect actually helps to bring blood flow to that area and increase blood circulation to the scalp and this is where it delivers all those essential nutrients for hair growth it also has properties to help fight DHT which we know causes that male and female pattern baldness it also has antimicrobial properties and rich in a ton of vitamins minerals and fatty acids all right all right the next essential oil the all right the next essential oil is Rosemary essential oil now this essential oil contains senal which is a bioactive compound that helps to promote that hair growth improve blood circulation to the scalp and provides an increase in nutrients it also has other compounds such as campor and pining which is great for those who are suffering from any type of scalp related issues like dermatitis and dandruff the next essential oil is time essential oil now time has a component called thyl which is its bioactive compound that has antifungal and antiseptic properties that help the scalp to be healthy and and remain clean and overall improve the condition the overall condition of the scalp keeping it free from infections the thyo along with other compounds such as a carvacrol are said to potentially help grow hair and a lot of people have seen significant hair growth improvements while using this oil next up is Cedarwood essential oil and it contains a compound called cedral which is say to stimulate hair follicles and increase blood circulation to the hair follicles again delivering those oxygens and nutrients and minerals we need to promote healthy hair growth it also has Alpha sedine and beta cedine which can contribute overall to the effects of having a healthy hair and scalp as well as an increase in hair growth next up is lavender essential oil I actually really love lavender essential oil and it contains lenol which is a component that gives us its soothing effect and it has anti-inflammatory properties it can help reduce stress and anxiety which in turn can have a positive impact on our hair especially if you're dealing with stress related hairfall it also has other components like eucalyptol and cfor in it which can also have a positive effect of anyone suffering from any type of scalp care conditions like dermatitis and dandruff lavender essential oil can also be found in some of these products that I sell on my website next up is peppermint essential oil now we know this contains Menthol this it also gives it its nice like warming effect that you feel on your scalp this effect also helps to increase blood circulation again delivering those oxygen and nutrients to those follicles and maintain a healthy scalp again these is some of the products that contain peppermint essential oil that I sell next up is lemongrass essential oil and this contains cinello which gives it it's pleasant citrusy smell I love it if y'all have my oal line you have a bit of lemongrass oil in every product but this citrella is also said to help strengthen the hair follicles and promote overall scalp Health it's also said to be responsible for potentially providing those hair growth benefits as well as scalp care benefits lemongrass essential oil also contains citrol and lemine which also helps to contribute to its overall positive effect on the hair and the scalp now y'all It's always important to talk with your doctors before using any type of essential oil now these oils are very powerful and very effective and this is actually why you always want to make sure you are diluting essential oils prior to using them um you want to use a ratio of about 2 to three drops of essential oil per te teaspoon of carrier oil your carrier oils are oils such as like your almond oil extra virgin olive oil coconut oil in turn you can also dilute it by putting it into hair products like a deep conditioner or a leave-in conditioner something to get additional additional properties and effects you also want to make sure you patch test before using any type of essential oils because they come from flowers they come from plants that you may be allergic to always do a skin patch test for any type of products that you're using for the first time and always make sure that you're using 100% pure or therapeutic grade essential oils these are the ones that we know have the highest quality and have the highest Purity especially you're going to be using it on our hair and skin and getting those wonderful nutrients for hair growth and and overall improve hair Health all right you guys well let me know down below which essential oils do you use which ones do you love is there some that you use that I didn't list let me know down below and y'all also stay tuned um I will be doing a new hair challenge very shortly so if you're not part of my Facebook group I want to recommend that you come join us over on the Facebook group um give your suggestions on what potential new challenge I'm definitely thinking 11. I "Love" this Info!
I was experiencing serious Shedding & some Breakage. I have: Flaxseed, Grapeseed, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Castor, Pumpkin Seed, Tea Tree,
Coconut & White Flower Oils all in one Dark Droplet Bottle. I had Rosemary Oil but it was not "All Natural" so I didn't add it. I apply this Mixture once a Week & Massage my Scalp a lot with my Hands & an Electric Massager to keep the Blood Flow going for my Hair Folicles & saw a "Huge" difference. I'm gonna try to get these other Oils as well. Also, let's not forget how "Important" our Diets are & getting a Complete Physical Exam with Lab/Blood Work done so you can know your Levels…Vit-D, Zinc, Calcium, Magnesium, etc. Thank you for dropping this Hair Knowledge 👍🏽
