Believe in the process. I was stuck in ignorance thinking I had to prove something cuz I thought I wasn’t smart cuz I got to into trouble a lot. Rough childhood not being tough that fear was not good, over powering them with a positive thought to it. This new chapter is scary, but the more fear you put into the present and past the more the future will look the same. You got this, just trust the process. Cuz you choose it. May not the first day or week nor year. But the father of all things wants you to know this so you don’t continue hurting your self. Much love to you all and happy days ahead

I have multiple chakras blocked. Whenever i listen to this I wake up so tired that i have to turn it off and nap for another hour! I but I feel so much more peaceful and calm during the day
