Unlike popular belief, the colours of the chakras are not of the rainbow. Manipura is represented as a 10 petalled lotus the colour of rain clouds. Some texts also say it is nila which can mean dark blue. The generally accepted colour is black. ⚫️
Its name, Manipura, originates from Sanskrit and means “lustrous gem” or “city of jewels.” This chakra is associated with the element of fire, symbolizing its transformative and powerful nature 🔥
By understanding and activating this energy center, you can embark on a journey towards greater self-assurance, self confidence and personal empowerment 😎
When this chakra starts opening, you become unstoppable and are able to convert your dreams into reality by pursuing your goals with passion & grit 🙌🏼
In my experience and understanding, putting pressure on the chakra points helps to activate them. The pressure could be physical or psychological.
🧘🏻♀️ Meditation: As per our yogis, focusing on the area around the Manipura can help activate this chakra.
🧘🏻♀️ Yoga: Practicing yoga poses that engage the core and activate the abdominals area can be particularly beneficial.
🧘🏻♀️ Struggle : life’s struggle where one pushes their boundaries and focus on accomplishing goals without being attached to the fruits of one’s results will also activate this chakra. Converting one’s vision into reality requires one to step out of their comfort zone and that is what activates this chakra.

activating this one chakra can help you boost your self-confidence this area below your navl is the seat of your manipura chakra and this impacts how you feel about yourself what your confidence levels are and how well you're able to act in the world and achieve your goals when this is not functioning well you doubt yourself all the time and are not able to take action you end up procrastinating so what to do one simple way of boosting your manipura is to start climbing stairs every day you don't realize but when you climb stairs you unknowingly pull in your navl and activate your manipura chakra also when you start to practice some ASAS or exercises where you engage your core over time you activate your manipura chakra and start to build self-confidence so don't forget to take stairs instead of the lift next time
