what exercise is best for arthritic knees Google says stationary recumbent bike elliptical trainer or exercise in the water and saying low impact exercises and the idea here is to reduce pressures through the knee joint so that you don't inflame the knee and this is good in the short term so you can get some movement and some Mobility but in the long term you're not fixing the muscle imbalance you need to make sure that you using the right muscles during these exercises I tell people to avoid these exercises if they're flared up right now because just going to potentially flare it up more if you can learn how to fire your butt muscles get certain foot muscles working even your abdominals working that fixes the muscle imbalances all around your body so that then you can come to the stationary bike recumbent bike elliptical trainer walking exercising the water maybe even jogging using the right muscles it's actually going to feel just fine for your knee you eventually need to up the impact but you have to first fix the muscle imbalance

What percentage of stress on the meniscus can be reduced by having very strong glutes and surrounding knee muscles?
Great video ❤
What about swimming?
This definitely worked for me! I was doing the first low pressure exercises but seemed I was constantly circling back with pain and lack of function. The glute exercises have definitely done the trick for the long haul!
