how to fix your posture with only one exercise stand with your back against the wall then lean on the wall first with your hips then with the flat lower back then with the upper back and then with the arms everything should touch the wall especially lower back then raise your arms up and down slowly keep them in touch with wall at all times at first it may look like this but keep going after three sets of 15 reps it will feel like you're flying and most important do it every day

  2. Strange video. If you have rounded back you cannot touch with all your back. If you can, then you do not have rounded. I can't touch with my neck. And that's the issue
