How I cured my sugar addiction 🍭 #shorts

I'm nutritionist and these are the three things I started doing to cure my sugar tooth first I stopped eating sugar the more I ate the more I craved I cut out the biggest offenders first like the chocolate covered raisins the Justin's peanut butter cups and chocolate chips but I also made sure to address those sneaky sugars like dried fruit the second thing I did was I ate a lot more protein protein is literally like almost magical with how well it helps to turn off hunger but also sugar Cravings the third thing I did was focus on better sleep poor sleep increases our hunger hormone ghrelin which also increases our cravings for fast sugary Foods

  3. Seems like you showed a bunch of high fat foods and blamed the sugar, can you post your vo2 max?

  4. So the first thing you did to stop sugar addiction was to cut the sugar. Hunh. Bingo bongo. Ok.

  5. I'm taking caprylic acid and oregano oil to treat candida and it's helped lessen my sugar cravings

  6. this is so true! once you cut it out, you stop craving it
i noticed that every night i would get cravings for sweets, but once i stopped it eventually faded.

  7. That first tip is kinda goofy. To stop being depressed, just stop being sad. Like bruh 😂 It’s addicting

  8. Protein does NOT work magically for many with an actual addiction

  9. Actually addicted or sweet tooth? This won’t help me if it’s aimed for less intense

  10. I need a whole Video on this!!

  11. The zoom in of you in the bed blinking at the ceiling made me laugh harder than it should have 😂

  12. I feel like I don’t have a huge sweet tooth, but cutting it all out.. let process that

  13. 23 year bulimia….😱

Honestly…. i crashed a 1000 times first until i went mad. Literally every part of my life was a mess because of my ED.

Cried for weeks and locked myself up at my moms house, staying away from refined carbs. I could binge and purge but only on keto food. Zero exceptions

Took supplements high in omega 3 dha, took vitamines derived from grass fed cows, ginko biloba, tryptofan, theanine, tyrosine, magnesium, zinq, D3 etc etc
Felt relief within a week. Within 3 weeks I was able to be on my own again, still applying strict rules.

Staying away from carbs nowdays. No pizza, no bread, no granola, only veggies, not even fruit. I stay away from bbq's, birthday cake, etc etc.
Carry a chunk of french camembert in my bag just in case i cannot resist a binge.

Keto literally saved my life. I can think again and function again. Processed food addiction, bulimia, or BED…. are like hell….

    Take care everyone ❀

  14. Do not eat late at night. You will sleep so much more easier.

  15. “The first thing I did is stop eating sugar” Well DUH. But HOW? THAT is the problem. If I could just stop eating it, it wouldn’t be a problem, would it??

  16. “The first thing I did is stop eating sugar” Well DUH. But HOW? THAT is the problem. If I could just stop eating it, it wouldn’t be a problem, would it??

  17. For me, cutting out sugar was the game changer. I also focused on eating more protein and prioritizing better sleep. Abstaining from sugar really helped me break the addiction and feel so much better! I don’t do dried fruit either!

  18. I was a sugar addict for over 40 years. I started carnivore lifestyle. Only eat animal based , meat eggs yoghurt cheese bacon butter. After 4 days I did not want sweet anymore.

  19. what are chocolate chips? potato chips covered in chocolate?

  20. I eat too much sweet things, but I don't like pure eggs. I need snack ideas without cooking (or very short coooking time, I don't want to cook for a snack) that are not sweet and don't include meat that you must cook (the meat portions are also too big in Supermarktes, when I buy that I need 3 days too eat it) and No Avocados or eggs. And No fish. And No beetrots or fenel. And no rice, I only like Milk rice. And no big portions of nuts, I eat sometimes a few, but I don't like nut crumbels in the mouth. I just eat it because it's healthy. Do you know any fast savory snack recipes? And sorry but the autocorrection constantly writes words big.
