Latin Dance Workout for Beginners & Seniors // Fun 20 minute Cardio Boost!
Join me for this fun and easy to follow along Latin dance workout for everyone including beginners and seniors. All moves are low impact and are set to the music. I hope you have fun and dance like nobody is watching! Each song has about 4 moves that are repeated so it is easy to catch on. Don't worry about being on the correct foot! These moves will really increase your heart rate and burn calories while having fun!

hi and welcome to this fun 20-minute latin dance cardio workout you don't need any equipment all moves are low impact have fun and just follow along we're gonna get started just a little march here moving the hips inhale arms come up exhale down again inhale alternate side salsa just stepping [Music] [Music] same thing other side plus the right [Music] last one walk it four four one two three four side toe test walk it back one two three four down let's do that again walk it [Music] one more time [Music] [Music] other side roll those hips see more [Music] we go back to those side salsa [Music] left [Music] [Music] last one walk it forward walk out in [Music] take it back one two three four tap cap hip circles a little quicker this time left [Music] let's add ours side down [Music] [Applause] [Music] to the front swing the leg back swing cha-cha let's do that again double head [Music] bring it back [Music] one more time [Music] up and over [Music] [Music] good one leg out with a quick shoulder tap switch [Music] two uh there's thigh [Music] [Applause] here we go [Music] one more time double hit [Music] swing [Music] rock rock up and over burns more calories [Music] hold it here one more time other side [Music] four three two four more here with the arms [Music] excellent [Music] move those hips taking it here to an alternate side of salsa this one's a little [Music] quicker out and in front back [Music] other legs one leg forward roll those hands rock it forward rock it back [Music] four three two one switch legs forward back maybe add a little shoulder shimmy have fun with it last one v step out out in [Music] four more let's double up those hands [Music] other side out out in right left right left four three two back to those side salsa [Music] fast feet i know stick with it roll it forward roll it back should be the shoulder hinge at the hips core then switch the feet forward and back [Music] one more time v step here we go other leg [Music] hold it here slowing it down just a bit arms out to the side let's turn this into a little twist so crossing that knee in front of the other leg use that core shoulder shimmy here too a little more shoulder good hold it here [Music] four three two side salsa out in now we're going to step out and in the little pump [Music] have fun with it four more then we put those two together side salsas two pumps again [Music] one more time [Music] one leg front and back catch your breath four three two switch legs [Music] last two hips shake double single single double pop those heels gives you a little better range of motion single single double two more hip twist [Music] work those shoulders you got it [Music] give me four three alternating salsas out and then add that pump [Music] let's put those two together pump it pump it again big steps add it in really cross it over use that core four three left foot front back other side again front oh yeah [Music] here [Music] behind us four and four here we go four three walk it forward [Music] great is [Music] [Music] step crosstalk [Music] in front again [Music] walk it forward four three two and one again [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] is [Music] i hope you're sweating like i am [Music] have fun [Music] i want you to step across hip step cross hip let's cool it down [Music] two more [Music] hold it here catch that breath inhale do that again keep the hips a little march [Music] down nice and slow exhale side steps let's roll the wrist other direction four three two do that again slide steps maybe a little hip if you're still feeling it nice job come back give me some shoulder rolls and lift that heel [Music] for four three two back to those hip circles all the way around two more other direction really loosen up that lower back last one take those feet nice and wide toes to the corners we're gonna lunge with a big arm circle back [Music] make it nice and big stretch those shoulders and those inner thighs more each side [Music] excellent job arms out to the side side stretch here [Music] other side again last time [Music] forward fold here toes are forward feel a nice stretch in the back of the legs then we bend and sweep the arms up toes to the corners down and left [Music] for four three two and one nice job come up give me a nice slow grapevine again and we're gonna add an arm like we're presenting here really stretch that shoulder open up that chest with the arm see you more feet underneath those hips chin up roll it down coming into a cat cow shift the hips back chin is up and then round that back keeping the knees bent gazing up at your nails let's do that again chin up hips back drop the chin around that back release any tension in that lower back one more time and drop gaze up at that navel hold it down here keep that back rounded shift those hips left and right and releasing that tension in the lower back come back to the center and we roll all the way up again roll those shoulders back give
