I just had an emergency c section after 7 unmedicated vaginal births. It has been a whirlwind.
Hi, how soon after operation can I use the compresion.
Hi! Actually I’m having swelling after the 4 month of c section. I feel vomiting sometimes. 😢
My baby is ganna be born 9 pounds lmao
I am six weeks c-section postpartum. I gave myself time to heal and have started my self recovery journey. Sharing it on my channel to motivate others. Thank you for the tips❤

How long do u leave a c/section table when you have 2 critical patients on the floor
I just found out that my scheduled induction tomorrow needs to be a c section. I found out last week that I was misdiagnosed the last 4 years with hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome when I actually have vascular Ehlers Danlos syndrome. I’m nervous for tomorrow but feel like this will be the safest option. Thank you for your videos
I use dial antibacterial soap and air dry then place a pad right there.
I can’t with the facial hardware.
They have these heat/cold packs with gel beads in them for your lower back that you can strap on. i used those for last 2 c sections omg helped with pain sooo much! The pressure of it holding my stomach and the warm heat or ice cold helped with the pain sooo much
My first baby they had little rectangular pillows for the C-section momma's. I swear I loved that thing almost as much as my kid. And I got to keep it!
I agree 💯 with her tips! As a mama to 11, 8 which were born via c-section
If you need something more than Tylenol and or ibuprofen 😂 its a c section they literally cuting multiple layers to get to the baby.
1st c-section I was a rock star like I did it 1,000 times. 2nd one, I healed fine. Everything was fine. Post partum depression NO JOKE!! Don’t struggle in silence. Ask for help. I asked for help and he said I was crazy. I was divorced a year later.
my mom has had 9 kids and a c-section for each of them. I wonder if she knew this then.
God O I WISH YOU WERE AROUND a few years AGO I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH POSTPARTUM FOR 3 YEARS I HAVE BEEN IN AND OF PHYC HOSPITALS LIKE 21 TIMES NO LIE I LOVE THAT YOU DO.. WE ALL LOVE 💞 YOU AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS PLZ REPLY THAT WOULD BE GREAT
My mom had a hard time with her first section because my oldest brother was 10 pounds when he was born So technically when he was born she wasn't allowed to pick up her own baby
My mmm is it true that sitting harm c section wound? I can’t help but to sit in daytime and my wound has not fully recovered.. it is infected but it is not that serious. Any tips? I am 35 days postpartum
Don’t forget after your 6 weeks to do scar massage to avoid adhesions and lack of mobility! And pelvic floor PT!
I recently started pelvic floor PT and she said my incision was one of the best healed she’s ever seen and asked if I did the massages.
Seriously a few minutes a day could prevent issues in the future ❤
Wish I knew about the pillow against the incision, ow
