The goal is to maintain mobility and strength in each of the small joints of the fingers ☝🏽
The way your hand and fingers function is critical to many daily tasks so it’s important to keep as much as you can.
In these three exercises the goal is to focus on mobility while building up some of the small muscles that help to control the motion ✅
The key is making sure these don’t flare pain. If they do, reduce the repetitions, reduce the range of motion or substitute the exercise all together ⚠️
Try for 1-3 sets depending on how you feel ✅

Any advice on ulnar nerve entrapment..
Exercising for over 40 yrs and had ulnar nerve issue slowly started with little numbness at left pinky to eventually pain when pull ups and sleep..left pinky middle of ring finger and elbow.😢

It is rare to see now a day someone without makeup especially a woman. What a nature beauty!,,
one thing that helps my hands is to put them under my hips when in bed with the palms down so they are stretched out fully. you don't have to do it too long. this helps them extend fully. my dad, toward the end of his life, couldn't fully straighten his hands flat. it feels good, too.

What if the fingers are already crooked? Can they be fixed
Thank you I have severe deformities in my hands and elbows and feet and wrists due to RA. I can barely move them, but I’m going to do what you said as best I can.
