[Music] hi everyone it's dr janelle kim today i'd like to go over a quick physical exercise and meditation technique that can reset your body and really help to de-stress bring more mental clarity and help you to overcome fatigue so the first step is that you step forward with either leg make sure that your knees are bent and with the opposite hand to the leg extend your whole arm and as you do so breathe out so it looks like this then step forward with the next leg doing the same thing and again [Music] notice that i am twisting my waistline because that really does get to your digestive organs and really helps to rebalance even further then turn around and do it on the other side breathing in and exhaling you can do that three to five times on each side or more if you choose and you can also do it in all four directions north south east and west to really further rebalance your condition then you sit down either in lotus position or in a chair with your feet grounded like so take your index finger and your thumb on both hands and link them then close your hands and place it into your lap this is a technique that really focuses on unity and rebalance relax and start your meditation for at least five minutes you
