I took sugar free challenge for 21 days. In those 21 days, I didn't intake any kind of artificial sweet foods, like chocolate, ice-cream, sweets etc . But, yes, I ate natural sweet foods like mango, dates and jaggery when the urges hit hard, but absolutely no to artificial sweet foods. Now, it's more than 40 days, my sugar intake is approximately zero as compared to before the challenge. And the good part is, now I don't really have cravings for sugar as I had before the challenge.
