  9. I’ve never thought I would do certain movements and workouts coz of my core weakness, but mat pilates was a REAL GAME CHANGE for me! And I have never seen abs till I started doing pilates!

  10. Pilates so DOES work!!! My core is so strong now but bcuz it’s strong I can do movement with ease so I feel like I’m not burning any fat 🥴😭😭

  14. I don’t do Pilates yet I still tried this and managed to succeed so that’s cool, but Pilates is definitely very good for you👍

  18. I can do that and I haven’t done Pilates a day in my life. Not trying to take away from how amazing and strong you are just maybe a better example next time

  20. Not to be like .. that guy, but… Just checked and at 270 lbs 5'5, never touched a reformer… I can do that. I can do that and it was really easy for me.
    But. But. I used to practice being a ninja and do yoga daily.
    I'm just saying… ❤

  25. I wanna do pilates too so bad, I wanna improve my flexibility and change my body, connect with my inner self and find peace, but I can't do sport rn 🙁

  36. All you need to do for a strong core is some sit ups, V-ups, dead bugs and planks at home so you don’t have to spend money on a Pilates class (and ofc have a good diet)

  37. I tried it and it’s just not hard I don’t even do that “pilates” crap
