  1. This guy truly doesnt know what hes talking about. Ultra violet rays from the sun IS NOT the same thing as red light therapy.

  2. Sunshine improves my heart health but i doubt red or infra would.

  3. bad advice…

1.) Danger: excessive sun exposure, esp without protection, esp for fair skinned people, is dangerous.

    2.) Power: the sun has a spectral irradiance of 1 W / m2 @ sealevel. That's nowhere near the power of an RLRL (1500W / m2 @ 5 inches distance)

  4. We have 9 months of winter here in Montana up by the North Pole. My wife is outside every day gardening and her Vit D level was 17.

Can you call her and tell her to go outside without a shirt to improve the Red light she gets?! It’s cold for 9 months and partly cloudy most of the time! She an old fashioned gal and likes wearing clothes.

    Appreciate the help!

  5. Doctors ≠ Scientists

  6. With all the chemtrails in my area I rarely see full sunshine anymore. My red light therapy PLUS methylene blue increases my energy by leaps & bounds. Clears brain fog and treats my arthritic neck. I’ve PROVEN this to myself many times over.

  7. Love Dr Berry and am a subscriber, however as much as he's correct about getting morning sunlight, we all don't live where sunlight is in daily abundance, particularly here in Canada where we have about 7 months of wintery weather. That being said, red light therapy taken correctly provides these many health benefits that we are lacking and is useful all year round.

  8. The sun has UV rays the photobiomodulation does not.

  9. Except Bill Gates is trying his best to block out the sun

  10. I suffer from tsw, my skin cant handle the sun. But it can handle Red light therapy. Its not that simple

  11. I have severe eczema with a whole as list of allergies and since steroid creams weren’t working I’ve been put in something called phototherapy. It’s basically the same thing but with normal light (not red) and you walk into a big machine. I think what he’s talking about in the video are unlicensed poorly made machines which are made with LEDs like he said. The difference is I’ve been referred through dermatology and professional doctors not crappy Amazon products. I’ve only just started so I haven’t seen results yet but research has been done and shows healed skin, plus just going out in the sun can’t always be controlled leading to cancer or what if it isn’t sunny!

  12. Yes showed this to my women neighbors 🫣

  13. Red light therapy has been a game changer for me and many of my friends.

  14. I'm allergic to sun exposure and ooooh cancer.

  15. My dad didn’t put any sunscreen on and has had skin cancer

  16. This guys never been to Pittsburgh PA 🌧

  17. You need to study this topic before you make such videos. That much I can tell you😂

  18. If I go outside without my shirt, I’d get arrested and probably put in a psychiatric hospital.

  19. You clearly haven't read the research. Just like my Doctor 😂😂

  20. Lol I live in Glasgow, there is no Sun!!!
Thats why we have the highest number of MS suffers.

  21. Winter is a killer in PA ….i don’t agree with him on this one.

  22. Because in Michigan we get basically no sun in the winter!! So that’s several months of no sun.

  23. Oh but there is unlimited research available and unlimited benefits spoken every hour. Why would you publish such uninformed personal opinion???

  24. It's below freezing for 8 months out of the year where I live, so no, I'm not just cruising the frozen tundra with no shirt

  25. While I appreciate your gift of medical advice I disagree on this one based on my eeextensive red light therapy research. There are abundant studies on red light therapy & no it’s not a fixture with red paint. I have degenerative disk disease in my neck & thankfully find relief with red light therapy. I agree the sunshine is the best medicine but when it’s hotter than the hinges of hell at early o’clock I’d rather take the indoor red light therapy. I’m currently using a platinum biomax 900 found on fb marketplace near new condition for much less than retail price. Best wishes.

  26. But isn’t sun bad for the skin and we should always wear sunscreen and blah blah blah ?

  27. Well, Dr Berry that's very unscientific of you. You're being misleading AND incorrect. Now very sceptical of your advice on food. I'll listen less too. Maybe you just make things up.

  28. We gave winter in the midwest about 6 months a year.

  29. im lucky to see the sun once a week in western new york let alone temps to go outside do your own research get a quality device red lights are not bs the correct wavelengths can help

  30. I leave home before dawn 6 days a week… and often driving after sundown, or during sundown, with the sun behind my car. . Sometimes I can get a little sun at lunch, but I'm wearing office clothes. Did a little research so far…I think a near- infrared light device might be helpful.

  31. Totally get your argument however some people cannot get in the sun except for days off and weekends

  32. Me a woman, take off my shirt and go out to the sun ??! Very good idea , doctor 👏 👌.
    Your knowledge here is unapplicable!

  33. I’m beyond the sun! I need something deep inside! I’ve been sick for over 22 years and have so much damage to my systems I can hardly function! I’m desperate! Sun doesn’t do the deep stuff I need now!
