[Music] hey guys welcome back today I'm going to lead you through a no repeat no jumping 10 minute full body hit this is perfect if you are short on time but you still want to get in a quick sweat session you don't need any equipment just make sure that you can see your screen so you can follow along with me and without further Ado let's get to it all right guys we're going to first start off with some standing elbow to knees so fingertips by the ears you're going to bring the knees up meeting the elbow and the knee in the center [Music] [Music] 10 more seconds get those knees up try to pick up the pace a little bit good work we're taking a quick 20 second rest you can make this sort of an active rest so you can March in place um our next exercise is going to be a plank walk out and at the bottom of your plank you're going to walk out you're going to do two plank Jacks so jump the feet out and in out and in walk yourself back up here we [Music] go keep the body in a straight line as you're doing those plank Jacks don't let those booties poke up in the air [Music] [Music] good work next up we're going to come down to the ground we're going to do some bicycle crunches so you're extending the legs bringing the elbow and the knee to meet in the center and you're going to try and keep the Pace High also focus on pressing your lower back into the floor here here we go [Music] get those shoulder blades up off the floor neck is nice and [Music] long good work next up we're going to do an exercise that I call the feet Shuffle not sure if that's the correct name for it but that's what I call it you're going to be up on your hands and you're going to be light on your toes you're going to shuffle the feet from side to side nice and simple here we go [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] nice work all right next up you're going to do a half Burpee every every body's favorite so jumping the legs out jumping them in sitting back into your heels fingertips come to the ears up for a squat back down hands down out in up down here we go [Music] make sure you're hitting that squat position before you put the hands back [Music] down nice work all right next up we're going to do do some standing oblique twists you're going to twist three times one two on your third you're going to reach for the toes or you're going to reach for the knee one two three so we're really using the momentum here keeping the core tight here we go [Music] [Music] [Music] 10 more seconds keep reaching for those [Music] toes nice work all right next up everybody's favorite exercise we're going to do some mountain climbers for 40 seconds you can do it I want you to not stop moving as we're doing this even if that means you're stepping the knees in and stepping them out totally up to you but just keep going it's only 40 seconds about to already packing come with me I'm not really asking we get away to a place where we don't [Music] know about to see the world in action what we can be life with no distractions we'll get away this is what we waited for nice work all right next up you're going to do a squat Shuffle so come to one end of your mat down in a squat position you're going to shuffle to the side shuffle staying on this level you're going to drop the knees down down up up hold the same level Shuffle down down up up if going down to your knees is too much you're going to shuffle stand up and down Shuffle Up and [Music] Down thee and cl on the this what we wait nice work second to last exercise you're going to do some up and overs exactly as it sounds you're coming up and over touch the fingertips to the floor up and over nice and simple [Music] [Music] me [Music] nice work all right our last exercise coming down to the ground we're going to hold a low plank you can either hold the low plank you can add some hip dips you can rock forward and backwards whatever you like but we're holding plank here we go [Music] [Music] behind behind behind [Music] and that is it guys great job all right guys I hope you enjoyed this short but sweet 10-minute full body hit workout if you did make sure to give this video a thumbs up let me know how you did in the comments down below if you're new here make sure that you hit that subscribe button turn on your post notifications so you don't miss another video from me and I will see you guys very soon bye [Music] you
