– We are going to be working all
layers into that deep core with these Pilates moves. As you guys know, I am a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, so I'm going to be
concentrating on your core. You have 30 seconds. Each
exercise do not give up. This workout is for absolutely everyone. We're going to get
started in just 15 seconds and we're starting off on all fours. So bringing yourself into
the all forward position, making sure that your weight is equally between your hands and your knees. Tuck the toes under. We are
going to lift up just an inch. Tap the left knee down,
followed by the right. It is a tiny little sway side to side, really pulling your core in belly button back towards the spine. From here, taking yourself
into a full plank, tucking that tailbone under super strong. Tap one knee down, followed by the other. Keep that rib cage down and in. Back onto that four point position. And then from there, you're
going to tap the left shoulder with the right hand, then the
right shoulder with the left. Minimal sway through those hips. Bringing yourselves now into
a seated position, making sure that you are on those butt bones. So spread your butt cheeks a little bit. Roll back to where you feel
your core really kicking in. Drive one knee into the chest,
followed by the Keep it slow, keep it controlled. Keep breathing. Slow movements. Stay in this hollow position now. Have tiny little pump
up lift energy, lower. – Good luck. – Taking yourself slowly down into lying and breath out. Back up again. Full roll up. Breath in, slowly down and breath out – Up. – Good work. Lengthen
your legs along the mat. Now you're going to reach up
towards the left ankle, back down again, and then
repeats on the other side. Bending your knees up. Now you want to be able
to brush your heels with your fingertips. Going to come up into a crunch. Reach to the left and the
right now while you are here, making sure that your lower
back is flat in the mat. Eye gaze forward in between the thighs Lowering your head down. Both legs are up in double leg. Table top. You are going to tap the
left toes down, back up, and then the right, really trying to push
your lower back here. Flat into the mats, ribcage down and in pelvic floor, up pelvic. Staying in that same
position, you're now going to try and tap the toes further away
from the body while keeping your lower back flat in the mats. Keep going with your workout guys. I just want to quickly

now towards your toes, like you're trying to hug your legs. Then straighten arms and legs out. Really work amazing. Taking your hands into a diamond shape underneath your lower back. Hike those hips up to the sky
and straighten the legs out. Bring yourselves all the way up. Now you are again going to roll back to where you really feel
your core kicking in. Hold here. Really work that
core. Reach the arms forward. Sorry, I'm just having
a drink. Amazing work. Hold, hold, hold. And now
we're going to open and close. Good work. We are going to add onto this for the next exercise. As you open up to the right,
you lift the left leg. As you open to the left,
you lift the right. Amazing. You are nearly there. Keep it going. You have a little bonus hold
at the end. Like always. You guys know me Good. Bring yourself up. Have a deep breath in on the breath out. Roll back again to where you really feel
your core kick again. Reach those arms forward. We do have a 32nd yes, a 32nd bolt hold. I'm going to start your
here. Open up the legs. If your hip flexes are
sore, breathe, relax. You still have at 20 seconds
left. Pull that floor in. Breathe, breathe, breathe. Hover the legs. If you feel you can go

quick stretch together. One of my favorites for your hip flexes, which may be a little bit sore and your core coming down onto your tummy. You're going to reach

nice stretch down the front of your hip flexors, front
of the hips, basically. Ignore that timer. Good work. Three deep breaths, in and out. And when you are done, bring
yourself back. Good work. So as I was saying, guys,

    Day one: ✅ Guys it burned pretty bad but I was able to do it and it was pretty fast!
    Day two: ✅ Y'all I just finished and oh my it burned worse than yesterday! Overall though it doesn't really make you sweat, but i can feel it sculpting already! I feel really good after doing this workout! Ill keep updating you! 🙂

  13. I can’t imagine that as a physio you’d advise drinking in the middle of a set. Whoever led you down this marketing path led you astray of your natural style and ability to bring people in. I actually am on the lean app and still choose to watch a quick video when I’m in a rush. But I won’t watch new ones now.

Constructive criticism here, please work on these videos, it was hard to follow while you are explaining the exercises the timer already starts and by the time i figured out the exercise i only get in 10 seconds of a workout in.   36. I've been trying to work out at home like from march maybe this year. I've been doing exercises, there was no result like nothing. One day, you Lilly popped up on my youtube and i started doing your exercises since mid July. Now, October, my waist is smaller, my legs got smaller. I was so insecure about my waist, literally from everything i've tried there was no change in my waist. I typed too much, but i wanna thank you that you popped one day and changed my life.
