10 MIN HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT – burn lots of calories, HIIT / No Equipment I Pamela Reif

I know, we have a love-hate relationship to my 15min HIIT workout. Me too, I admit that.
A 10min routine was definitely missing on my channel! Still a killer, still burning lots of calories, still breaking a sweat.. but: it's only 10 minutes 😀
This workout is:
1. FILLED WITH BASICS.
Nothing too fancy, nothing too dancy. Ask your male partner to join! They won't need to shake their hips for this one.
2. a mix out of “QUICK MOVEMENTS” and “ACTIVE BREAKS”.
You will find Dolphin Holds & Planks in between all the quick movements. Almost feels like a break, but don't forget to keep the core strength 😀
3. HIGH ENERGY.
For some reason it doesn't drag me down – but rather gives me MORE energy! Might also be the music though.
by the way: NO LUNGES.

If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready 🙂 most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.
▸ Depending on your fitness level, height and weight you will burn between 70-130 kcal.
I burned about 80kcal in those 10min (which is a lot for me, I'm a small human and I normally burn about 250kcal in a 1h session).

Damn, it actually felt great being able to do this whole thing. I ended a couple exercises like 2-3 seconds earlier to catch my breath sometimes, but otherwise I did it all 🙏🏻

So guys ım starting this challange and write on the below (ım 89 kg rn / 196 lbs)
Day 1; 〽️ı did it barely, I took a break of 5 seconds between each movement. And I could only do 7 minutes of the video. Im gonna update tomorrow
DAY 1✔
Challenging myself for 90 days:
Day 1: I look like a mess, so many breaks
Day 2: CRYYYYYY, I managed to finish it with lots of breaks, and one or more steps I skipped
Day 3: GOD. I sweat so much but no skips, lots of break though, i don't complete in 30 seconds, but i manage to finish it
Day 4: It was a bad idea to do the exercice too late at night, but I have been so busy at noon. I am too tired but i manage to do it all
Day 5: Do it too late at night again and it feels tiring but i manage to pass it even though i mostly not doing it for 30 seconds
God I look like I have been fighting for mylife against a bear
staring this workout for 75 days medium!
starting-47kg goal-40kg
day 1: it was quite easy
day 2: so much tougher
day 3: hurt so bad but im seeing results a bit~
day 4: oh my god im so sore
day 5: its actually getting a bit better
day 6: took a break since it's my birthday and i ate cake :3
day 7: lost a kg! and its getting super easy omg
