Welcome to our 10minute quick session for beginners this is extremely simple and very very knee friendly [Music] H so let's start we'll start with our fingers quickly push our hands out in and out continue 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 and hands up and down 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 keep your hands facing each other in and out 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and let's work on the elbows move your elbows like this 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 reverse 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 shoulders keep your hands on your shoulders 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 reverse 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Jump out hands out in and out 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 bring it down let go so we have worked on fingers wrist elbow shoulder let's start to work on the neck just move left to right make sure that you are using or moving only if you're comfortable and up and down and and make circle half [Music] circle and relax now stretch your hands out and twist twist [Music] two times more and relax take your right hand up go down come back up bring it down continue 10 times 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 let go now push your hands out and push your back behind breathe in expand your chest push your chest forward 10 times one breathe down in 2 in three in four in five in six in seven in 8 in 9 in 10 and let go if you have back issues you would want to avoid this but otherwise just roll your hands down and roll your hands up simple 10 times come on go for it one two optional three 4 5 5 4 3 2 1 and relax the next one we move our knee like this and bring it back 10 times simple 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 [Music] 10 the other side 1 2 if you wish to you can take a support of the wall 3 4 [Music] 5 6 7 8 9 [Music] 10 and relax now we'll work on the knee again you can take support of the wall if you wish to and lift your leg up skick one 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and the other side 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and ankle and the toes 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and the toes under you have to pull the toes in and out continue 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and the other side 1 2 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and relax so format yog just very subtle movement not too strainers but very very good for an internal oiling like a massage system so thank you so much for joining in if you like this video you might also want to check out the this one
