this is a food I eat every morning that's a very good one for breakfast and this is good for liver function for kidney function and for young Chi for spleen functions it's a helpful man keeps you young and Beauty for the skin and so it it has the dates goji berry and the black sugar and the ginger ginger should have peel the skin and so the skin is called gingerbread warm to your body and the Egg and you put water into it and cook it together boil around the turns 15 minutes and then you eat it you can eat this for every morning
