i was asked which crystals i would recommend for beginners so if you're just starting out your crystal collection these are the five top on my list that i would suggest for you and your collection first off black tourmaline this is your best for grounding and protection next up citrine this happy little stone is going to bring in that positive energy confidence plus it's excellent for manifesting money amethyst great for psychic abilities can help you sleep it's got a calming effect and also helps us get out of our heads just a little bit more then rose quartz the calming loving energy of rose quartz finally clear quartz if you can only have one crystal it needs to be clear quartz because it can be used in place of any other crystal and it amplifies your intentions
