show so many before and afters and so many other things that might interest you about holistic skin care i have been a holistic master esthetician for almost four decades and i do have three holistic skin care salons and so the things that i show you have helped hundreds of thousands of clients i sometimes think million but hundreds of thousands through the years and it works if you are consistent if you are patient and you can open your heart to a new way of thinking for example stopping all the foundation and concealer and spackling it all over your face it really ages you and it ages your skin and it is not healthy for your body go back and look at my foundation video on some of the ingredients in foundation so today i'm going to show you about the jowl area it's an area that really bothers a lot of women it does also affect the neck and i want you to know i'm not trying to turn you into a 20 year old i like aging aging the lines that i have um are from where i've been and the things that i've done and i want you to embrace yourself and love yourself but be your best just like trying to exercise or eating healthy i want you to be your best so these are about three different things you can do to really help you with the jowls now the first thing well i guess before the first thing is get your skin in shape clean your skin when our skin has that callus layer on it our skin is the largest organ of the body and if you've been with me a while you know that it protects the bones and muscles it regulates the temperature of the body but it also thickens to protect itself from all the terrible actives that we are thrown at us all the time the bad skin care that is out there putting tons of makeup on our face and just how we've abused it when we were young not knowing how to protect our skin from the sun or knowing how to clean it and everyone's saying oh it's hormones it's just normal it's really not so by the age of 20 to 22 you hear me say it all the time we've done most of our damage and the skin begins to thicken and callous when it does that your skin is just not as healthy there's a lot of things inside of it that are not able to purge out so get your skin in shape first and go back and look at all the videos on that or get a consultation with me they are complimentary so once your skin is in shape and during that time period so even my before and after clients are still doing these moves do these things to work on your muscles and blood flow we know that blood flow creates oxygenation of skin cells and therefore creates collagen so get that blood flowing and when you're doing it really get underneath that bone and a lot of times our jowls are falling because our bones are changing in our face they're dropping lift that cheek bone up i do this every night during my facial yoga and all of the gouache i do i sometimes use my gua sha and also the bone of your brow start to push that up just with your knuckles maybe hold it for 20 seconds you will see changes also get that blood flowing upward with your jowls start to tell your brain this is where i want my muscle now you can use a new face you know i love new face i don't love a lot of the tools out there i'm gonna save you money because the beauty industry wants to throw so many things at us to make a sphere full of aging please listen to what i tell you to get because these are things that actually work um this is my profession this is what i'm a master in but really get that blood flowing teach the skin to lift and i bet as you're watching me you're seeing my skin get red that is blood flow the other thing is a facial yoga move i've showed you several times so i'm going to show you it again it's not very attractive but essentially you smile you stick your tongue out and then you lift it up so here's what you do and hold this for about 20 seconds if you can if not longer and you can feel it pulling up your muscle i'll show you from the side and really hold that you've also seen me show you this move where you put your finger over here on your um pressure point you tilt your head aha and then you do it to the other side okay and then again just getting that blood flowing really teaching your skin how to be healthy the skin is a suggestive organ it listens to you it can really create change quickly look at all the before and afters that i showed you many of these are after just one to a few months but they are patient clients they are consistent they are not expecting a miracle overnight although every single one of them tells me they see changes the first time so be patient open your heart and please listen to someone who actually takes care of skin i can help you have the most beautiful skin you've ever had regardless of your age love who you are embrace who you are and don't change who you are for a beauty standard that is really absolutely ridiculous don't freeze your face don't make your lips big don't inject yourself just get that blood flowing use skin care that's like food and stay beautiful naturally

What can I use instead of the nuface gel for the nuface?
This is my worse problem that bugs me the most, Jowls, at 67 I don't mind a little wrinkles but the jowls make me want to not look in the mirror. I had been using needling, peels and have not noticed much difference. I like the idea of natural. I hope you ship to Toronto.

Sometimes I do all the steps in the morning but later may take a walk or workout and sweat a lot. If I do the exfoiliator , cleanser and Moustrizer again like late afternoon and then at bedtime, is that too much? This wouldn't be every day just sometimes when needed or when i have worn castor oil all day around the house and need to the steps again to go somewhere. Does this make sense? Thank you!!

Hey Lisa I have just run across your channel 2 days ago and I do appreciate the no foundation thing but if you are going to wear it is there a particular one that is better than all the rest I'm going to try your challenge but I work night shift I work a lot of hours I'm a nurse and the foundation helps me feel better and less tired looking any suggestions

I just found you a couple days ago and I am hooked. I am 48 and this past year has been a roller coaster of me wanting to feel better about my skin. I tried Botox and Morpheus8 and they were fine but left me feeling like I was drowning in something I didn’t want to keep up with both financially and emotionally. I ordered your line and I’m so excited to just jump in, but I do have a question. The one thing I do that I like is a facial every 6 weeks. It’s not the facial I’m hooked on but rather the dermaplaning add on. For the two exercises, you need to apply resistance and isolate the muscle. Otherwise, you're stretching the skin. Resistance exercises are effective at firming the face, but the resistance is the key part.
