have you ever gone to CrossFit or Soul cycle day after day but still didn't lose a single pound yep me too I'm going to show you how I work out now to actually lose weight with PCOS grab some weights I love a lower body workout because it activates more muscles and helps boost your metabolism even after your workout I do the movement slowly because I'm trying not to pump my stress hormones the way I used to when I was cycling I also take 60sec rest in between sets so I can catch my breath calm down before the next round afterwards I'm not fatigued and anxious after my workout I feel more like I got a good workout in and I meditated too follow me for more tips on how to work out for PS weight loss

  5. Literally did CrossFit for 6months and didn't lose much and that's when I realised I lost weight better when I did an elliptical machine daily while listening to fun music.

  12. I brisk walk everyday for 30 mins and do core pilates × 2 , lower body × 2 , full body × 2 a week and 1 active rest day .
    What changes should I make in this to get the results? As I struggle with stubborn belly fat , (my weight is in the normal range ).

  15. Im really struggling as i enjoy my aerobics so much and dancing but its intense. Ive boosted exercise latley and include swimming. I but my cycle has messed up. Can you not do any intensity with pcos? Or just rest half or slow down throughout? I cant seem to get it right. It seems exercises have more impact on my cycle than diet!

  27. I have pcos but not weight gain.im actually the opposite weight loss .Chin hair and hair loss. i noticed when i go full intensity with weights my anxiety was off the charts and had trembles on my legs lol.now that i do them more slowly im more calmed and less anxious.

  32. Do you recommend the stair master on level 7+ for women with pcos. Would that still be considered low impact? Or is the treadmill better? Tryna burn off my pcos belly the fastest 😂
