  3. i followed. BUT have you thought about old person??? some one who is over 70. i could not keep my head with my arm,like you are showing. HIP PAIN ESPECIALLY OSTEOPROSE suffer for not only hip,but also some other place on the body,although damage is basically on the hip. i twisted my neck! YOU BETTER TO THINK THE AGE OF THE PEOPLE!

  8. One train of thought regarding osteoarthritis is an imbalance in the muscles, i.e./ the hip flexors and quads are very strong, pulling the femur head forward into the socket. Do any of these exercises strengthen the quads or the hip flexors? Do you agree or disagree with the premise of muscle imbalance? The idea is to strengthen the glute muscles to balance this out.

  16. I've been in severe hip and leg pain for nearly two years… arthritis and glute tears. Began another round of PT in February. Major setback on Tuesday. EMT's assisted in carrying me out to the rescue for ER visit… COULD NOT WALK! Since Tuesday, I started searching for exercises and came across many of your videos. I am being selective on which ones I attempt out of fear of more pain. In a short few days, I have achieved a huge degree of comfort and mobility with just a few exercises and even took a walk around the yard today with little to no pain or discomfort. Informative, clearly explained for positioning and what to expect during and after the exercise. It is truly unbelievable! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.

  17. My hips is become stiff. I feel stiffness in the muscles. I do have sciatica too. After my twins pregnancy i get it. I m soooo tired with this pain. It hurts if i walk sit or even sleep.i m gonna start this from today.

  19. So wrong to make exercises that strengthen the adductions, quads and hip flexors. The only muscle that needs to be strengthened is glute max . Strengthening glute medius is also wrong.

  25. i get swollen bursa on the side of my hips, I roll it with a ball against the wall, is that good? I find these exercises often aggravate these areas.
