Intermittent Fasting for *SERIOUS* Weight Loss (pt. 3)
how to do intermittent fasting for serious weight loss part three these 16 hour method the 16 hour method is where you fast for 16 hours and you eat all of your meals within an eight hour eating period I personally follow this method and my eating window is usually from about 10 30 a.m to 6 30 p.m I stick to about two to three meals depending on the day but I still have zero snacks and to further maximize for fat burning and stable energy levels I go for a daily walk and I Strength train during my fast

Wait, could you speak even faster?
I usually have 2 meals and 1 snack on some occasions. Mostly no snacks
This is me! I usually do 16:8 or 18:6. It just depends on the day. I don’t snack. I eat 2 large meals right around 1k calories each. I try to walk 2 hours a day but sometimes I only get an hour and a half. Strength training is something I need to be better about but I’m currently in physical therapy for my back, so that is helping a lot with strengthening my core. Also, black coffee is a life saver! I try to only drink it four days a week.
WHAT is this woman enjoying? WHEN? knowing AFTER eating you have to TRAIN? and THEN going to bed? Without enjoyment? Food?🤣🤣🤣🤣sick
My method is the bread and penut butter method😭 you eat bread with penut butter on it at like 4 and it loses like 2 pounds a day
Did this mixed with a calorie defisit and a diet change. (I im in it so far for a week strait so far. Lost 4lbs in 7 days. I dont think i am missing out on anything and could probably make this my new life style. )
Does that still work if I workout really early in the morning or should I eat after?
Walking 10 minutes after each meal is the best way and time to take a walk
Lekkere gum!
If you are fasting outside of the eating period can you still drink water? Ik this is a weird question but
There’s so much now saying women shouldn’t IF or exercise on an empty stomach. What do you think about that?
Do you recommend this if going through perimenopause or menopause?
Im a 13 year old girl who's doing interment fasting, and i already see changes!😊
I have lost very little at 18:6. I have MS so can’t exercise much. I am going to go to 23:1. Wish me luck 🍀
Is it ok to do 12 to 8
If I smell food I will gain weight. It also doesn’t help that I have food addiction. I’ve been battling this disease my whole life and I am tired.
Why train during your fast? Like what’s the benefit vs training during your eating window
You’re a twig already! Stop fasting 😂😂😂
Fasting makes my sugar go waaasy up and sets off my earing disorder.
How can you do this when you work 12 hr night shifts three-five days a week? Like I could definitely do it on my days off. I’m not being rude, this is an actual question and I really want to know how I can achieve intermittent fasting with a crazy schedule like mine.
How to get 120g of protein while fasting for that long ?
Is it safe to do fasted lifting? I don’t wanna lose any muscle mass because I have no protein in my body.
Is 14 hours fast enough?
I do 18:6 and it’s a lifestyle !! A fast isn’t something you just do for a week or 2. Humans are literally built to fast. Keeping your body in ketosis as long as possible but not starving yourself at the same time is the magic pill when it comes to weight management, weight loss, memory and even delaying dementia if you have a family history.
I see you like Free Weight Deadlift. Excellent exercise for whole body strength. Great for all of your bones too. I guess you really know what you're doing.👍🏾🎯
I can handle the fasting but there is just no way I'm getting in the protein intake I should without supplementing using high protein snacks.
16:8 is easy if you sleep for 8 hours of your fast, I did it for a week, then went to 18-6, then 20-4, water with a pinch of good salt is key to stay hydrated morning and evening. As I understand it takes a minimum of 18-20 hours for stem cell generation. I alternate between 1-2 meals per day and fast 23 or 20 hours respectively. Weekends off, kinda, with a brunch mid to late morning. Strength training and HIIT, walks. Black coffee with salt and or butter, loose leaf teas – green tea with lemon and ginger, hibiscus tea with cinnamon, cayenne pepper. Raw cacao morning and evening with cinnamon, pinch of salt, cayenne pepper, sometimes butter, no milk or cream.
I’m 5’5 and 138 by the end of the day. I’m just trying to lose 10 lbs so I can fit in my old fitted dress but my bum is too big to sit down in it. I’ve been doing the 16 hour fast 4 days a week but it just comes back one friday
16/8 I gain
18/6 I might lose but food after.fast has to be perfectly measured and takes forever for results
20/4 I lose fat slowly but I can tell I'm loosing
22/2 I lose rat clearly , after 20 really bad breath starting (ketons) so I know that I soon will brake fat burning furnace,I noticed that along with bad breath I have energy kick its like strong shot off caffeine but different (you have energy you don't need coffee and hunger dissappear).
For that reason I just used that to just do OMAD.
I'm on it right this second and its my 23th hour and I don't fell like eating at all but I know when I see my container I will just swallow entire thing with in 10 minutes lol.
Losing fat is I would say fast very fast ,you jeed to remember to have good meal just slightly below your daily allowance (kcal).
What can you not eat during an intermittent fasting ?
Drop whatever you are doing and go read the book Womans’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth, its absolutely life changing, trust me on this
16:8 always works best for me. Especially 7 days a week. Easy to stick to. I crave less junk and sleep better too
Wait strength training while fasted!!! My personal trainer said that’s a solid no 😢
I do 20/4 or 19/5 fasting
That's the hardest thing for me snacks and the exciting but I really wanna lose weight I'm so sick of looking like this😢
I usually eat breakfast between 9am-11am and then dinner b/w 3-5pm
I didn’t know I was fasting lol that’s my eating schedule every day
I don’t lose weight but I havent been active nor eating all healthy so imagine if I did then I would have no problem keeping up with fasting 😮
So what time do you eat and when do you fast?
For someone who is overweight, 16/8 is not effective for me. I start to drop weight with OMAD plus 40 min of jogging or swimming. Within 3 months, I drop from 210 lbs to 170lbs.
