going to be a blast all right so if you're new to the walk at home program break we've got four easy steps if you've been walking with us for a long time you already know you're in the first move right here and guess what this this is the warmup you're already in it you can walk you can do this entire PR side steps are coming up next and four three two right out to the side good out together out together just getting that passive motion down then as we go up to the next song you can increase that intensity Master the skill then increase that intensity I love it guys give me eight 7 6 5 4 3 two back to that walk right here excellent kicks for next easy kick gentle kicks in four three two one just kick kick and Dr Ian please tell us a little why walking is medicine for us let me tell you something if there's one thing I prescribe for Better Health it's Fitness and it's walking because walking get your heart going get your lungs going and that blood circulating walking is V hey I love it thank you it's coming straight from a dock can't get any better than that four 3 two back to that walk right right here hey guess what guys three steps down fourth move our knee lifts coming up in four three two one just lift right here good getting those feet that driving those knees up so anytime you'll hear me cue throughout this mile hey tummy tuck belly button spine stand nice and Tall hips over shoulders gives you that perfect spinal alignment and you get more power when you lock in that core good work eight more right right here give me eight 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 walk it here all right guys so this is how we're a little different than your traditional walk around the block we go in every direction so we do our side steps but we also do two up two back we ready here we go four 3 2 one we take it up two and back two he up two that's it really take up space at home clear out the coffee table all the Legos and make time for you good up two walk it right back here excellent job right back to those side hips in four three 2 and one out together out together now we're going to introduce some arm movements right that midb those ROM boys everything we punch over during the day so it really feels good to just stretch it out this is your time so happy you made it for yourself don't you ever be worried or anxious about your workout your good health it'll come naturally if you show up for yourself every day four 3 2 one walk it here excellent job back to those kicks a little bit higher three two one kick it here excellent job and just reach now we're going to add more arms but reach for the opposite toe excellent work than engage that core remember we add arms we power through that core that means big calorie burn in this one M workout one M walk party good yeah guys good three two one walk it here good so last we move right here I'm just going to knee lift here okay coming in tight and go right into a standing crunch so Joey I know you love a good standing Crunch 10 seconds I mean I love a good crunch a standing crunch we get that abdominal flexion put that nice Reus abdominus that's those Beach muscles that we want there we go I love it showing good drawing that belly button to the spine four more four three two one walk it here guys I'm going to hand it off to you Tanner let's keep us going in this one mile we go keep those feet going everybody how you feel sticking with us it was it's going a little bit faster now let's go there it is oh there we go pumping those arms we're going to keep this energy the entire time right team right let's go side steps are coming let's go right into it right here perfect there it is right there sit down low yes let's open up the arms here open and close anytime we incorporate the upper body burning more calories right it's exactly what we're doing right now it's high calorie walk yes perfect keep it going here for four 3 2 and one find that walk again kicks are coming right here kicks kcks that's it right there keep that core tight that chest nice and Tall perfect I'm just going to do off the arm reach perfect perfect guys keep on kicking kick kick kick kick for eight seven six 5 4 3 two back to walking always come back into that walk part perfect I'm going to move back a little bit with my team we're just going to do two up two back all right all right guys on me in four three 2 one going up two and back two go good job guys keep it going here let's find this walk again right here and walk side steps are coming we're going this way let's go side steps that's it that that's it so do me a favor sit down a little bit lower activate those glutes oh perfect I think you do get that little have some fun with it keep it going guys that's right good do a favor arms are coming up we're just going to go reach and pull reach and pull that's it right there squeezing those shoulder blades on the way back good here four here three two two and one good find that walk again feels good wide base here many squats are coming this just a small sit and a pop up in four 3 2 1 H pop off right there good good good finding that power through the legs good throwing that punch right now perfect perfect yes yes yes keep it going looking good team keep it up that's it for four 3 2 one find that walk again that's it that's it let's go ahead and just going push this out for me let's get these heart rates up good good for eight 7 6 5 4 3 2 one goes reach straight up for me that's it guys you guys are looking look amazing keep on going come on for eight seven 6 5 4 3 2 power walking arms here that's right pick those knees up a little bit higher if you can that's right knee lifts are coming in Four 3 two one lift right here that's it getting back into those standing crunches that Taja introduce here making that fist crunching straight down good for 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 two one find that walk great work guys keep it up side steps right here that's right just follow us you got this side steps so we're in the singles right now we're working some doubles doubles right here double it up don't worry team double it up here open and close come on that's it keep it going guys for four three two one let find that walk come on walk walk great job at home pumping those arms keep this momentum going T why you finish it out here for tagging back in keeping those feet moving mov guys all right we're going to continue to keep that heart rate up what do you say about four up four back we'll all get close hi guys party in four three two one take it up two three four back two three four take it up Giant Steps come meet me right here good and back two three four take it up two three four and back two last one back one take it up two three four head back two three four walk it here chest press right here excellent every time we add those arms higher calorie burn aerobic benefits are right here you want healthy heart blocking it's here you're doing it shoot those arms right overhead for me okay locking in that core excellent job eight more 8 7 6 5 4 three two one walk it here excellent guys why did that stance for me we're going to go into four knee lift on both sides so we're going to do four on this side first follow me when you're ready Four 3 2 one four three you like that two one good guys four three two one good chopping right across the body working that waist line while we walk does it get any better good four three two last set here three two last four three two Walk It Out good excellent everybody wide stance right into those Kickbacks coming in four three two one kick it back good that hamstring initiates that curl we're bringing our arms up high so happy for this walk today good it's a party good pull down guys excellent all muscle we in motion great multim muscle workout here another way we're a little different going to stroll around the block good movement good 650 muscles we got right guys so much Muscles in Motion you pair that with the bones about 200 of them you got your body's local motion what makes us move let's go four three two one walk it here excellent guys side step it out for me good into double side steps in four three two one take it out together out together so we're going to get a little Saucy here add an es skater to the end of it so out together out together good just tapping that toe behind the opposite heel that's all you got to do and add those arms if you'd like reach pull excellent Docker you great Joey great team I love it keep it going give me four three two one good walk it out right here fantastic job four up four back four 3 2 and one take it up two three four h and back two three four only one more two three four and back two three four that's right heart healthy walk right here knee lifts so we're going to add a combo keeping that heart rate up four knee lifts four kicks watch me then follow four knee lifts four three two now four kicks four three two four knee lifts four three two four kicks four three two knee lifts four three two kick it out guys good I always say I love those food combos but I love these Fitness combos better keep it going three two one walk it here excellent reach up high fantastic job give me eight 7 6 5 4 3 2 one walk it here good so we're going to take this down to a nice easy Walk we're coming to the end of this workout side steps in four three 2 one take it out together out together good no arms here guys we need them just bring them to our hips you made time for yourself to today that's the most important we did 2,000 steps one big mile I love it all together so if you walked out your door you'd be about a mile away on a treadmill four four speed actually and a mile away even on the treadmill so walk it right here guys thank you so much for
