During an argument with few of my friends, I found that people today is believing that frozen foods has same nutrition as freshly cooked meal and that I found unaligned because as per my understanding, I know that freshly cooked meal has more nutrition over frozen items – either cooked or raw. Can you please help here giving some clarity?

Now, after switching to Ayurvedic eating and using Ayurshaastra’s herbal blends, I feel so much lighter and healthier! Their products are truly aligned with traditional Ayurvedic principles.”
