all that may be required is a gentle guidance to unlock it my name is Jason Stevenson and tonight I invite you on a journey of Deep and profound Tranquility through the use of powerful relaxation techniques positive affirmations and beautiful imagery you'll experience in a peace healing and well-being so whoever you are and wherever you're listening from welcome Begin by making sure your space is well prepared for Sleep draw your blinds if you need to set your alarm and just get comfortable with cushions and blankets now before you close your eyes take a moment to take in your surroundings and if you can notice the roof above your head the walls that surround you and the Darkness that comes with the e evening [Music] hours just begin to feel your eyes getting heavy you might start to Blink slowly one 2 3 and then imagine that all tension from your forehead starts to melt and as it does the descending energy gently nudges your eyes to close all tension around your eyes drips down and away from your body which helps to create this Cascade of relaxation feel this wave of relaxation soothing your jaw blowing through your neck and into your shoulders and releasing any weight you've been carrying there feel this gentle Cascade of ease moving slowly and warmly just like liquid honey it moves now down your arms your arms are relaxing completely deeper and deeper as you breathe slowly and gently your chest is nourished by the this profound calming presence and any tension you've been holding in your back begins to soften follow this warm gentle flow of sweet relaxation as it travels along your spine all of the cells and muscles in your core are deeply deep deeply relaxed as this current of relaxation continues it brings a softness into your [Music] hips and then it flows down both of your legs slowly and gently and until it reaches your toes your whole body is held nurtured and soothed by this rolling wave of relaxation now notice the surface beneath your body and see if you can surrender to it just a little bit more allow this surface to hold and comfort you as all tension physical and mental melts away from your body and into the earth below [Music] from this place of relaxed awareness I invite you to align yourself with the following intention silently repeat I Empower my mind to cultivate peace healing and well-being I Empower my mind to cultivate peace healing and well-being take a long deep breath in and exhale anything you do not need to carry with you now another long steady breath in and let it all go and one more full deep breath into your body and exhale completely melting deeper into the bed beneath you continue to breathe naturally and in a moment we will journey to an inner landscape that will nurture and support your total well-being know that as we go you're in full control of the journey my guidance is an invitation so if at any point what I suggest doesn't feel supportive for you simply redirect your attention ention to something that soothes you now this could be the feeling of the pillow Beneath Your Head the sounds that fill your ears or the breath as it moves through your body anything that feels neutral or Pleasant can be used as a redirect but for now turn your ATT attention to your mind's eye and recognize that this space holds immense potential your mind is a blank canvas and what you paint on it will directly impact your experience of reality so I invite you to start painting a vast Open Meadow on a warm summer night sitting beneath a Starlet Sky paint it across the full range of your inner eye so that it fully envelops you that you find yourself immersed within this alternate reality Aromas of sweet grass wild mint and lavender fill the air and travel through your nostrils they reaffirm the relaxation that is expanding throughout your body above you the sky is an indigo blue a glow with thousands of twinkling gemstone stars and the Cresent Moon and all around swaying grasses herbs and wild flowers Blossom from the Fertile [Music] Earth your eyes scan the Horizon Landing upon the far side of the meadow where a deep Enchanted Forest radiates a tranquil healing aura take a moment to notice what you're wearing seeing yourself cloaked in clothes that make you feel completely comfortable look down at your feet which are bare against the warm summer Earth then you notice that beneath your souls there is a luminous path dusted with Cosmic silver glitter and this path leads towards the Serene healing Forest ahead of you take a long deep breath in and after you exhale when you feel ready begin walking this Enchanted path you move with Grace ease and confidence with a long spine and relaxed shoulders feel the soft summer grass underf foot your fingertips brush against the feathery plant life which unleashes more of The Meadows perfume continue to inhale that soothing fragrance of sweet grass mint and lavender with every step you shed more of what doesn't serve you the soft Summer Breeze sweeps it away [Music] gently you walk a short while longer until you reach the Enchanted Forest before you enter it you gaze up at the twilight sky as you do you see a protective orb of cosmic energy surrounding the entire inner landscape it is the universe supporting and protecting you repeat the words I am supported and protected I am supported and protected now your attention returns to the forest and amidst the evenings Darkness thousands of tiny fireflies appear a sense of childlike awe and wonder bubbles up from within you these fireflies have come to illuminate the path ahead so when you are ready take a couple of slow and steady breaths and follow the trail that leads into the forest [Music] notice the soothing sounds of nature as they envelop you insects owls and rustling leaves held amidst a peaceful backdrop of quietude allow the light of those luminous fireflies to enchant and support you leading you every step of the way notice their joyful energy as they dance through these Mystic Woods the forest air is warm against your skin as are the clothes wrapped around you you are completely comfortable in this inner Forest you feel fully aligned with the magic and serenity of such an enchanted space continue along the Forest Trail painting this landscape in any way that enhances your well-being consider what plan plants animals and butterflies or elements you'd like to bring to this space perhaps there is a trickling stream tall and ancient Pines or a brilliant Golden Butterfly invite anything that symbolizes peace and healing for you as you allow your empowered mind to lead the way you are growing more and more relaxed as you explore this Forest which increases your desire to rest for the night find a place in this Forest where you feel comfortable to lean back and and eventually Drift Off to [Music] Sleep you might find a hammock snug between two trees a nest of blankets and cushions near a lake or a cozy cabin sheltered beneath the forest canopy there's no right or wrong way to imagine this choose whatever feels the most natural and most comforting for you take your time to settle in there let your empowered mind create this inner sanctuary in a way that supports you notice where you are and notice the details you've chosen to paint what does your head rest upon is there a shelter around you or does the open Forest air meet your cheeks tune in to all of your senses this isn't only about visualization hear this place smell this place feel this place and taste this [Music] place and wherever you are bring your attention to those fireflies who are still very much with you these fireflies have accompanied you on this journey not only as literal guides but also as Bringers of positivity and transformation Envision that twinkling light dancing around your crown and your forehead helping to transform any residual limiting beliefs you might hold healing empowering and Awakening your your mind feel your forward muscles relaxing as you release any final thoughts that hold you back from the peace healing and well-being you seek and then feel these luminous light bodies as they dance around your entire physical body around your jaw neck and throat your shoulders arms and hands down your chest your heart area your lungs relaxing as they go your belly and [Music] hips and all the way down your legs dancing towards the soles of your feet [Music] see that your whole body is held in a cocoon of twinkling white light as you silently repeat the following stream of affirmations I embody the peace that I seek [Music] well-being is the state I come home [Music] to I hold infinite potential to heal and transform I am whole exactly as I am I am clear calm and empowered if there are any other affirmations you'd like to declare to the universe silently repeat those words feel their energy reverberate in every cell of your body [Music] these luminous fireflies intermingle with your words to make them so feel their light taking root deep in the cellular fabric of your being until soon your your entire body is a glow with a radiant Aura of pristine white light as you breathe in the white light expands and as you breathe out it soothes and softens breathing in the light expands breathing out you are softened and soothed spend just a few more moments bathing in the white light that pervade you now you can gently let the imagery of light dissipate though its nourishment remains those beautiful fireflies dance through the night air up into the trees casting a wake of Joy wonder and Magic take a moment to thank those fireflies for the gifts they brought you [Music] and as they dance away recognize that they too were a product of your empowered mind recognize that every positive experience you had here tonight was because of your mind and the power it holds to heal and soothe you take a moment to give yourself thanks for the work you put in here tonight now bring your attention back to the forest you rest in the fireflies have danced away for now but the stars and moon above continue to cast a gentle glow upon the Earth wherever you are whether in a cabin peering through a window or resting out in the open air take a moment to connect with any part of this Forest that grounds and nurtures you what stands out to you as a symbol of peace and comfort perhaps it's the glow of the Moon perhaps it's the steady trunks of surrounding trees or maybe it's the fragrance of this deep Enchanted Forest whatever it is let your attention gently rest there and absorb its nourishing energy with each breath in there is nothing left for you to do tonight All That Remains is a f final surrender into sleep you don't need to rush there trust that sleep will come without effort in its own time and until it does allow the following affirmations to flow through you you don't need to repeat these words or cling on to them simply absorb the energies they Tysm for this video. I have been having the hardest time falling asleep these last couple weeks. Takes me about three hours of just laying in silence before giving up on trying to fall asleep. Once I do get to sleep, it's impossible to stay sleep for more than three hours. I've been nearly passing out from how sleep deprived I've been. With this video I was actually able to fall asleep within an hour and I've been sleeping for six hours before I heard my roommate thudding around.

This actually worked for me!! I’m sorta shocked. I listen to these every night, they’re great for sleep. But I was just in SO MUCH pain… I had rabdomyalasis (def spelled wrong) in my right leg years ago, almost lost my leg. I was very lucky to fully recover. But sometimes I get excruciating pain in that leg, and NOTHING helps it, not even narcotic pain killers . THIS somehow did something lol I dont know what, but Thank You SO MUCH!!

Hello Jason Stephenson. Wow the experience of surrendering to the sound of this meditation was really incredible. I felt like my body was suspended but grounded and I had multiple out of body experiences. After the meditation my whole body felt incredibly calm, clear and I feel a about 1000% less stressed but sleep never came to me. Perhaps I must try again and listen to the whole thing. I paused it at 1 hr in thinking that sleep would just come especially because of my changed state. Do you have any thoughts on this? And has anyone had a similar experience? Thank you.
