Hitachi Air source heat pumps how to set the radiator temperature and use weather comp
in this video I’m going to show you how to do the Hitachi weather compensation so you have to go into the service menu so press the return and the okay together it says enter password go right down left right press okay um then press the menu button and you want to go to system configuration you want to go to space heating press okay circuit one um you got your water calculation mode and you can see OTC mode is points points means weather compensation so at the moment when it’s minus 2 the machine will give 55 when it’s + 15 the temperature of the water is going to be 40 so this is quite weird the way this is done but you go down you got your 55 so you go left and right to change this so you can see 55 is the maximum so there we go now got 51 for instance go down to get to the 40 I’m going to actually set this to run a little bit colder these days we tend to set these about 32 you go down again and you get to your minus two so if you’re in Scotland this would be Min -4 for instance um and then down again to 15 and we always leave this 15 but in a new house you might set this sorry you might set this down to 13 so that’s when your heating would start in an old house it might be 16 or 17 once you’re finished you just press return return return return return return all the way to the beginning and start the machine up and it then tells you the temperature that it’s going to be running out and that’s it

Is the dhw the tap water or the heating water as when I try and change my circuit 1 it only shows me the heating water option and after seeing this video I no that there is a lot more I need to learn about this system credit to you for video👍
