is super clear regular sauna use improves your health and can even extend your life a 20-year study in Finland found that people who sauna three to four times per week had a 40% lower risk of all What if one made a booth which combined infrared panels with led red near infrared and a condecent 240 watt heat lamp?
Dats what I am making. I have an old jacuzzi infrared booth and I’m adding two platinum 900 on tv mounts and perhaps a heat lamp. I am going to re-line the inside with diamond checkered aluminum sheets.
