Been following the 70's workout regularly and love it but this one not so much, especially the dip and side slide which is very confusing

Love it. I just finished step and was about to meet our Lord I was about to die 😅. This was a GREAT COOL DOWN. I love the Elvis song and the fact that you used so much arm exercises. Love you and keep up the great work. And I love the fact that the songs were sung by the original artist.

With cool music like that I workout so much easier to take then, sometimes that new music which sounds like plastic pots in the kitchen. And sometimes it gives me really anxiety! So, thank you so much for this awesome playlist and the variety.

Today I remembered to look at the monthly calendar, and this fun workout was slated for today. What great music and feel-good moves. It was a wonderful pick-me-up after a very rough night. I just finished this fun workout. Loved the music…need more like this one. I couldn't exercise for 2 years due to vertigo and constant dizziness. I have been able to workout for about a year now and started slow. I am now adding some of your beginner/senior workouts and am doing great. Keep them coming. I am feeling so much better and am thankful to be exercising again.
