Acupuncture for Shoulder Pain #Shorts
Basic Acupuncture Shoulder Pain Protocol. Needling techniques.
🔥 There are so many shoulder issues such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury and more.
🔥 This basic protocol is for anterior shoulder pain. I use cupping and Tui Na (Chinese massage).
🔥 Then i needle Li 4, Li 11, Li 14, Li 15, SJ 14, and extra point JIAN QIAN. Plus I always add ST 38 as a distal point on the opposite limb that the one affected.
