You just do not fit in life. So it does not matter if your are happy you still will not want this life. You can be nihilistic or absurdity. There is usually something chaining you to life but when you lose it your will to live goes with it. But they see life for what it truly is.

As a 33-year-old who has depression as well I know the feeling all too well. But just remember the grass is always green on the other side. There are brighter days ahead. Just because you have a mental illness doesn’t mean you can’t control it. Yeah may be hard but just fight through it. You got this. I believe in you if anybody doesn’t.
Edit: for me I don’t need anybody to worry about me, but just to worry about themselves because I got this all squared away. Praise Neptune.

I've tried to take my life a few times, and my mum caught me once and said i was looking for attention. I was 7 or 8 then, and that feeling still hasn't gotten away.
