How to pump up / re charge the expansion vessel on Worcester Bosch greenstar boiler
After every time the boiler has been drained or the system has been drained once you have refilled the system you will then need to run the air Purge cycle P. 0 to bleed any air out of the boiler. The automatic air vent needs to be open while you are refilling and whilst you are running p0 and then it can be closed.

we’re going to take the cap off the expansion metal we’re going to get some silicone grease and we’re going to rub some silicone grease on there then you’re going to get the pump and you’ll stick the pump on you okay so that’s the first part next part and here we’ve got the two outside valves one year we’re gonna turn it this way quarter of a turn and the same on the other side for there okay so the two outside ones the other two outside ones are turning off and then we’re going to get the white part with the extension lead get it all set up and then we’re going to get let’s turn the wet back on and we’re going to turn this here this thing yeah we’re going to turn this by 90 degrees until water starts flying out of it we’re going to make sure we don’t get any water over this slot so we’re going to put a towel over there okay and then you’re going to start pumping the pump after you get the 1
